We also work with major depressive disorder, low self-esteem, relationship issues, life stressors, parenting issues, and other general concerns.
Our main modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), as well as HRT and COMB for body-focused repetitive behaviours. We provide individual and group therapy to adults, kids, and teens.

All our services are provided by registered psychologists, registered psychotherapists (RP), or under the supervision of a registered psychologist.
